No longer scheduling face-to-face interviews or doing home visits. All case management and eligibility interviews will occur via phone, email, or text. If families in the Prevention & Rehousing Program and Aftercare program are in need of supplies and/or food, an emergency food and supply box will be made and delivered to their apartment.

Provides one-time rental assistance for eviction prevention or security deposit for new rentals for families. Applicants who have illustrated a stable rental history and/or an ability to pay future rent will be supplemented by aftercare case management for up to one year from RAIHN staff and/or RAIHN partner agencies.
