Provides dental hygiene services and education that includes:
  • Cleaning of teeth.
  • Personal oral self care instruction.
  • Fluoride therapy.
  • Periodontal and dental charting.
  • Nutritional counseling for oral health.
  • Dental x-rays.
  • Sealants.

Eligibility: Adults ages 18 or older. Children between the ages of 4 and 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Application Process: Call to schedule an appointment.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Monroe County.
