• Provides financial assistance for: Rent payment, Security deposit, and Utilities - can only make small utility payment, those with large utilities bill or with services disconnected will be referred to New York State Public Service Commission
Eligibility: Resident of area served. Age 18 or older, with children under the age of 18.
