• Offers Family and Emergency Services including:

Utility gas and electric bill payment assistance.
Family support and case management services.
Advocacy and referrals.
Rent Payment Assistance for those who have court cases and have not received EPPI.

• Member of the Emergency Services and Family Stabilization Network.

Language Access

Eligibility: Must reside in area served. Eligibility varies for services. Utility Assistance: Must have shut off notice and denial letter from DHS. Please call for further information.

Application Process: Call for an appointment. Does not accept drop ins. People must call ahead for an appointment and they will be informed at that time what they need to bring.
