• Provides senior citizens free medical appointment transportation for those who no longer drive and have no one to take them to medical appointments.
Eligibility: Ambulatory (canes, walkers accepted). No wheelchair accessibility. Unable to get transportation from any other source.
Application Process: Call 24 hours ahead of need.
Required Documentation: None.
Fees: No fee for services. Donations accepted.
Coverage Note: Honeoye Falls, Lima, Mendon, West Bloomfield, Greece, and Rush.
