Helps adults (18+) who have been in jail, prison, or detention. They offer different services and support to assist individuals in getting back on their feet.

Provides help with training, finding jobs, housing, transportation, support groups, mentoring, recreational activities, and personal needs products.

Assists with civil legal matters, obtaining birth certificates, Social Security cards, NY photo IDs, and driver's licenses.

Collaborates with partner agencies that can also provide services.

Eligibility: Individuals ages 18 and older returning to Monroe County after incarceration.

Application Process: Call, walk-in or visit website.

Required Documentation: Proof of incarceration.

Fees: No fee for services.

Languages: Spanish- Staff provides service in language offered
