• Provides breast and cervical cancer screening.
- Screening mammograms
- Pap tests, pelvic exams, clinical breast exams
- Information and Referrals to cancer-related wellness programs
• Provides colorectal cancer screening.
• Provides enrollment for Medicaid Cancer Treatment Program for eligible individuals.
Eligibility: Uninsured, underinsured. Screening mammograms, clinical breast exams, pap tests, pelvic exams: Women, ages 40 years to 64 years. Fecal occult blood exams. Men and women ages 45 years to 64 years, average risk for colorectal cancer. Screening colonoscopy: Men and women who are at elevated risk for colorectal cancer.
