Adult Outpatient Services Program
thru: Wayne Behavioral Health Network
• Provides an adult outpatient services clinic that includes:
- Intake evaluation & assessment
- Individual, group, and family counseling
- Psychiatric assessment and service
- Monitoring and management of psychiatric medications
- Care management services
- Psychological Testing and services
Language Access
Eligibility: Resident of area served. Age 18 or older.
Application Process: Call or walk in.
Required Documentation: Call for more information.
Fees: Self-pay, most third-party insurance, sliding scale based on income.
