Geneseo Parish Outreach Center provides health care for adults and children which includes physical examinations, medical visits for acute and chronic conditions, mental health counseling referrals, substance abuse counseling referrals, dental referrals and medication assistance to those who are uninsured or underinsured. It also provides a Foodlink Emergency Food Pantry.
