• Provides outpatient alcohol and substance abuse treatment services.
- Evaluation, often same day, and assessment.
- Group and individual therapy.
- Medication Assisted Treatment.
- LGBTQIA+ & Allies Support Group.
Eligibility: Anyone struggling with an Alcohol or Substance Use Disorder.
Application Process: Call for an appointment.
Required Documentation: Insurance/Medicaid card and picture ID or private pay without insurance. If individual needs insurance there are enrollers on site.
Fees: Sliding scale based on income, Medicaid, Private insurance, Private pay.
Coverage Note: Monroe County and surrounding counties.
