• Provides community and caregiver services for older adults and their families that includes:
- Case management
- Housekeeping and personal aide service
- Help with errands
- Personal emergency response system
- Transportation
• Provides information, assistance and advocacy services that includes insurance counseling, legal assistance, and long-term care options.
• Provides nutrition services that includes:
- Farmers Market coupon program
- Home delivered meals
- Nutrition counseling and education
- Senior lunch clubs

Eligibility: Resident of area served. Age 60 and older. Spouse, family or interested persons of those age 60 and older. Call for information.
