• Provides free transportation to medical appointments, including:
- Doctor, dentist, eye appointments, prescription pick-up, hospital tests, counseling, physical therapy.
- Driver will not remain with client during tests requiring anesthesia.
Eligibility: Senior citizen, disabled individual, or needy with no other means of transportation. Must be ambulatory. No wheelchairs or scooters.
Application Process: Call answering service between 7:00AM-3:00PM day prior to schedule ride.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: No fee for service. Donations accepted.
Coverage Note: Must live within Greece or Charlotte. Transportation provided within Monroe County.
