Provides assessment for mental health and substance abuse issues, including heroin or opioid addiction, other drug addictions, alcoholism, and mental health or emotional crises.

Determines level of care needed and links individuals to the appropriate level of care, including:
  • Detox. 
  • Overdose prevention. 
  • Inpatient services. 
  • Outpatient services. 
  • Residential treatment. 
  • Emergency care.

Eligibility: Mental health services: Age 5 or older. Substance abuse: Age 14 or older.

Application Process: Call or drop in.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: Access Center: No fee for service. Clinic services: Accepts all insurances. Sliding fee scale.

Coverage Note: Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans, Seneca, Wayne, Wyoming, and Yates counties. No one is turned away.

Cultural Competency: Signage and advertising for diverse populations, Cultural competency, diversity, equity, and inclusion training for staff
