• Provides free transportation to medical appointments, including:
- Doctor appointments
- Dentist appointments
- Eye appointments
- Prescription pick-up
- Hospital tests
- Counseling
- Physical therapy
- Driver will not remain with client during tests requiring anesthesia
Language Access
Eligibility: Resident of area served. Senior citizen, disabled individual, or needy with no other means of transportation. Must be ambulatory. No wheelchairs or scooters.
Application Process: Call answering service between 8:00AM-12:00PM the day prior to schedule ride.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: No fee for services. Donations encouraged.
Coverage Note: Must live within Greece or Charlotte. Transportation provided within Monroe County.
