- Prior years 2019, 2020 and 2021 can be filed only in March.
- Two week notice is required for clients who need ASL interpreter.
Language Access
Eligibility: $65,000 or less with dependents, $35,000 or less without dependents; worked & lived only in NYS but not in NYC; no rental property income; no sale of stocks, bonds, etc. If self-employed, no reported loss, no employees and business expenses under $35,000.
Application Process: By appointment only, via website TINYURL.COM/CASHVITA or over the phone. 1 hour appointment for each year of filing.
Required Documentation: Photo ID for individuals and spouses, Social Security Card, W-2 forms, all 1099 forms, all 1098T forms and detailed college billing statement. Documents most be printed by the time of the appointment. Volunteers cannot take information from phones, tablets, etc. Masks are required at all times in the CASH areas at the library.
Fees: No fee for services.
