• Provides an outpatient substance abuse treatment facility with services that include:
- Opiate Addiction Therapy with Methadone.
- Prescription Drug Treatment.
Eligibility: Ages 18 years and older.
Application Process: Call for an appointment.
Fees: Medicaid. Private Pay. Sliding scale based on income.
