Provides vocational rehabilitation and other direct services to legally blind New York State residents including children, adults and elderly persons.

Fees: No fee for service.

Coverage Note: Serving all ages in Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Niagara, Ontario, Orleans, Steuben, Wayne, Wyoming, Monroe, Ontario, Wayne and Yates counties; serving children in Chemung, Schuyler, and Seneca counties. Syracuse District Office: Serving all ages in Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Cortland, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, Tioga, and Tompkins counties; serving only adults in Chemung, Seneca, and Schuyler counties; serving only children in St. Lawrence County.
