Outreach Services for Older Adults with Vision and Hearing Loss

• Identifies older individuals who may have significant visual impairments, hearing loss, and deafness and assists them with applying for services to which they are entitled.
Eligibility: Individuals 55 years of age and older with severe vision or hearing impairment, within
Onondaga, Cayuga, or Oswego counties.
Application Process: Call for information
Required Documentation: None.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Cayuga, Onondaga, Oswego, Cortland and Jefferson counties.
