Rochester Group Home

Eligibility: Youth, ages 12-21 years. Preference given to those previously in a treatment program, under foster care, or in custody of the Commissioner of Social Services. Resident of area served.

Application Process: Referrals only through the Courts, Department of Social Services and Division for Youth. Parent or guardian may request that the Department of Social Services make the referral on their behalf.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: Established by County Department of Social Services.
