• Offers a wide range of services to assist consumers in obtaining long-term employment in their chosen field in transitional and supported employment programs including:
- Vocational assessments
- Career coaching
- Resume preparation
- Interviewing skills
- Job development for volunteer and placement
- Vocational groups
- Job development and placement
- Job coaching
- Assistance with maintaining employment
- Long-term, follow-along services

Eligibility: Resident of area served. Call for information.
Application Process: Processed through ACCES-VR, Community Mental Health Centers, Private therapists, Physicians/Clinics.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: Funding available through the NYS Office Adult Career and Continuing Education Services - Vocational Rehabilitation (ACCES-VR).
Coverage Note: Monroe County.
Cultural Competency: Signage and advertising for diverse populations, Cultural competency, diversity, equity, and inclusion training for staff
Languages: Call for ASL., American Sign Language, Spanish- Staff provides in-person interpreter
