thru: Action for A Better Community
Community Development provides multiple services to enhance the social, educational, physical wellbeing of people, as well as improving business structures in the area. Services that are included are:
• Works to increase agency capacity to provide services for new American/Immigrant/Refugee populations.
• Improves the business corridors within Rochester.
• Reduces vaccine hesitancy and increasing vaccination rates amongst communities of colors.
• Aides in reunitification of families and social reintegration of youth either currently in or emerging from juvenile facility.
• Provides cancer educational outreaches to communities of color.

Language Access
Eligibility: Resident of Monroe or Ontario counties, living at or below 200% of FPL.
Application Process: Appointment or walk ins welcome.
Required Documentation: None.
Fees: No fee for services.
