• Provides an adult outpatient services clinic that includes:
- Screening, assessment and diagnosis, including risk management.
- Health screening and collaborative care/referrals to primary care.
- Ancillary withdrawal.
- Peer support, counseling services and family support services.
- Connections with other providers and systems including criminal justice, education, foster care, child welfare, primary care facilities and hospitals.
Eligibility: Over the age of 18.
