Family and Community Supports
thru: Fairport Central School District
• Assists students and families with school succes.
• Provides referrals and on-going support for mental health, substance use prevention/treatement, learning, behavior, basic necessities, and linkage to medical and social services.
Eligibility: Students and families attending Fairport Central School District.
Application Process: Call, email, or create referral in MyWayfinder to be conected to a FCSD staff.
Required Documentation: None.
Fees: No fee for for support provided by FCSD staff. some community referrals may require fees or co-pays as per the organization/agency.
