Roc Housing Navigator Program

thru: Rochester Alliance of Communities Transforming Society, Inc.

• Connects with individuals in Monroe County to provide help with the housing process. Helps find housing that matches client needs through navigation during the entire search process, finding housing, and providing ongoing after-care management for a minimum of six months after finding housing. Provides referrals to other programs and services clients may need.

Language Access

Eligibility: Resident of area served, meet income requirements (have an AMI under 65%), hold a housing Choice/Rental Supplement voucher, be homeless, or be at risk of homelessness.

Required Documentation: Photo ID, Proof of income, Housing Choice/Section 8/rental supplement (if applicable).

Fees: No fee for services.
