• Offers a pilot program of seal and insulated packages available throughout New York State. Packages are offered by trained and qualified contractors who can help solve common problems like: drafty areas in the home, romms difficult to cool in the summer, reduce the occurance of ice damns in the winter. Additional incentive for heat pump installation are available after seal and insulated packages are installed.
