Canandaigua Home Energy Improvement Program

Eligibility: Resident of area served. Occupied by income eligible owner, 80% less of the area median income

Application Process: Must attend Home Energy and Money Management workshop provided by PathStone, eligible applicants will be approved on a first completed application with supporting documentation.

Required Documentation: Proof of paid property taxes, proof of home ownership, proof of current homeowners liability and casualty insurance, current with mortgage payments, no code violations, and sign a declaration agreeing to maintain any repairs/improvements for a period of 7 years.

Fees: Some contribution may be requested depending on income. Call for information.
