• Provides furniture redistribution. Furniture to be picked up needs to provide transportation and loading assistance/movers for the furniture.
Eligibility: Individuals transitioning out of homelessness.
Application Process: Referral through Case Manager or MyWayFinder.
Required Documentation: Case Manager referral (can be emailed).
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Monroe and surrounding Counties.
