Single Family Housing Repair Loans and Grants

• Provides loans to very-low income homeonwners to repair, improve or modernize their homes or grants to remove health and safety hazards.
Eligibility: Homeowner occupied home in an eligible rural area, ability to obtain credit, income that does not exceed the very low limit by county. Grants: 62 years and older.
