National Family Caregiver Support Program
thru: Ontario County Office for the Aging
• Provides funding to support and assist family and informal caregivers to care for their loved ones at home for as long as possible.
Eligibility: Age 60 or older or caregivers of someone over 60 years.
Application Process: Call for appointment.

Fees: No fee for services.
