• Provides a comprehensive youth workforce, leadership and development program for individuals who are at risk or have been impacted by the criminal justice system.
• Promotes school engagement, connections to mental & primary healthcare, mobile case management for both youth & their families, employment readiness, and a variety of advocacy services.

Eligibility: Youth up to 24 years of age. Resident of area served. Call for more information.
