Rochester Youth Services - Justice Peer Program

thru: Center for Community Alternatives

Provides personalized supports and systems navigation for young people currently involved with the criminal/family court legal system, returning to the community from placement or incarceration or aging out of the foster care system. Support will be provided wherever the young person is – school, community, facility, etc.
