Rochester Youth Services - Transition Advocacy Program

thru: Center for Community Alternatives

 Provides support and advocacy for young people and their families as they face or return from long-term out of school suspension, or other long-term removal from school. Supports will be provided in the home, community and school settings and Transition Advocates will work closely with Rochester City School District staff at designated schools.
