• Provides structured shared housing for adults who need stable housing while rebuilding their lives.
• Supports individuals transitioning from homelessness, recovery, domestic violence situations, or other life challenges. Residents live in a supportive environment with accountability, house structure, and community support.
Eligibility: Call for information. Screening process to determine eligibilty.
Application Process: Call for an appointment or a referral by social worker, hospitals, shelters, recovery programs, or community agencies.
Required Documentation: ID, proof of income.
