Awareness Transformation Program
thru: Vertus High School
• Facilitates the Anti-Drug Program to help young man understand the real impact of substance use in their future, through honest conversations, mentorship, and practical life skills.
Eligibility: Students attending Vertus High School.
Application Process: Call or send a referral through MyWayfinder.
Required Documentation: None.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: City of Rochester.
