thru: Finger Lakes Community Action
• Provides low-income seniors and people with disabilities with low-barrier, high-impact modifications that will allow their homes to be a safer and more accessible space.
Eligibility: 55 years of age or older OR have a disability that affects safety. Must meet income eligibility.

Required Documentation: Proof of income, photo identification, and proof of home ownership or landlord approval.
Fees: No fee for services if eligibility requirements are met.
