Steps to Success Rochester at Catholic Charities Family and Community Services

• Promotes upward mobility through adult mentoring by supporting the development of long-term goals related to family, health, finances, education, and career, while addressing barriers that may hinder progress. Supports include:
- One-on-one mobility mentoring
- Financial coaching
- Resource navigation and referrals
- Financial incentives for reaching milestones
Eligibility: Resident of area served who are part of a household with children under the age of 18 or who are pregnant, active TANF, or have income under 100% Federal Poverty Level.
Application Process: Call, or conduct screening and submit a referral through MyWayfinder.
Required Documentation: Identification, proof of address, and proof of income.
Fees: No fee for services.
