Offers Otaga Exercise which addresses fall prevention through balance and lower body strengthening.

Eligibility: Age 60 years and older; classes are recommended for older adults with mobility challenges which may impact their ability to participate in more rigorous exercise programs.

Application Process: Call for information.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: Suggested contribution of $25 per series to cover cost of materials.
