• Provides comprehensive services to at-risk children, adolescents, and families in order to stabilize the family and maintain the home environment.
• Establishes and works on treatment goals and facilitates the use of community resources by the family.
• Works to de-escalate a youth in crisis and/or at risk of being removed from the home.
Eligibility: Resident of area served. Youth ages 5 to 20 years old. Call for information.
