Day Habilitation Program
thru: The Arc Wayne
• Provides day habilitation programs for individuals currently not capable of participation in an employment program. With a person centered approach activities and environments are designed to meet individualized needs and interests promoting self advocacy. Activities include:
- health and wellness
- arts and music
- culinary
- physical fitnessÂ
- Other activities
Eligibility: Must be OPWDD eligible and HCBS Waiver enrolled.
Application Process: Call Central Intake Coordinator for initial screening process.
Required Documentation: Call for more information.
Fees: Medicaid.
