Day Program

• Provides adults with developmental disabilities a day program in the arts, including Visual Arts, Dance, Music, and Theater with performance opportunities.
• Transportation to and from the day program is also provided.
• Transportation to and from the day program is also provided.
Eligibility: Developmental disabilities. Ages 21 years and older.
Application Process: Call for information.
Required Documentation: Proof of qualifying diagnosis.
Fees: Medicaid waiver certified.
Coverage Note: Monroe, Ontario, Yates, Livingston, Genesee and Wayne Counties.
