Eligibility: Maximum allowable gross income requirements based on family size. Residential and nutritional eligibility requirements. Infants and children: under age 5 years.

Application Process: Call for information.

Required Documentation: Proof of income.

Fees: No fee for service.

Coverage Note: Ontario, Seneca, Wayne, Yates Counties and eastern Monroe County.

Cultural Competency: Signage and advertising for diverse populations, Cultural competency, diversity, equity, and inclusion training for staff
