RPC Mobile Integration Team - Crisis Response
thru: New York State Office of Mental Health Rochester Psychiatric Center
• Provides mobile crisis supports to adults in identified counties services include:
- Immediate intervention, evaluation and stabilization
- Case consultation with other agency care providers
- Liaison with health providers including local mental health
- Community education
- Family support
Eligibility: Residing in one of 5 counties in service area. Ages 18 years or older.

Required Documentation: None.
Fees: No fee for service.
Coverage Note: Livingston, Wayne, Wyoming, Genesee and Orleans Counties.
