Liberty Resources Mental Health Mobile Crisis

• Offers responds to individuals in crisis, over the phone or in person Liberty’s team of trained crisis counselors provide mental health engagement, intervention and follow-up support.

The teams may offer a range of services, including: assessment, crisis intervention, supportive counseling, information and referrals, including to community-based mental health services.

Eligibility: Adults, children, and families are eligible.

Coverage Note: Cayuga, Cortland, Onondaga, Oswego, and Madison Counties.
