Building Healthy Children

thru: Mt. Hope Family Center

Supports young families from pregnancy through the child's age of 3 years.

Promotes physical and emotional health and well-being, addresses familial experiences of trauma and depression.

Supports families in becoming self-sufficient, and builds developmentally-appropriate skills. 

Eligibility: Residence in Monroe County, parent who gave birth to their first child under the age of 21, who receives medical care through a partnering pediatric or family medicine practice, and who qualifies for public assistance.
