Eligibility: Individuals who are living with HIV and have unmet nutritional needs and require nutritional counseling services.

Application Process: Can do walk-ins, but prefer to operate by appointment. Call for information.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Cayuga, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, and St. Lawrence Counties.

Cultural Competency: Cultural competency, diversity, equity, and inclusion training for staff

Languages: English- Staff provides service in language offered, Language line
