Eligibility: Emergency Food Pantry: Must reside in area served. Will serve any first-time emergency. Eligible every 4 weeks. Delivery Program: Must reside in area served, food delivered once per month to older adults and disabled individuals accepted in monthly service with a medical or social work referral.

Application Process: Must call to schedule an appointment. Leave a message and the call will be returned during the hours listed.

Required Documentation: Proof of address for all members of the family. For delivery- medical or social work referral.
