• Provides an extended stay residential rooming house with month-to-month stay, primarily for adults with limited income and/or on long term assistance.
- If renter is an agency client, agency pays rent directly.
- Furnished room with bed, dresser, all utilities included.
- Door is monitored 24/7. No visitors allowed.
Eligibility: Age 21 and older. Adults with children not accepted. Potential tenant must agree to abide by statement of rules and guidelines. No income minimum or maximum limits. Receiving SSI-SSD, DHS or working.

Required Documentation: Requires former landlord reference, if employed reference from supervisor required, and photo ID.
Fees: Starting at $500 per month plus security deposit. $440 DHS recipients, landlord and tenant agreement used in lieu of security deposit for DHS recipients.
Coverage Note: Cayuga, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Seneca and Wayne Counties.
