Personal Grooming Needs Ministry

thru: Asbury First Community Outreach Center

• Provides basic personal services for homeless individuals who do not have access to private facilities or materials for grooming.

Services include free laundry facilities, showers, haircuts, personal hygiene products.
Referrals for clothing, and household goods.

• Provides individuals who arrive for personal care assistance with referrals to additional social services, such as legal assistance, medical and dental care, employment, housing placement, and educational services such as literacy and GED programs.

Eligibility: Call for information.

Application Process: First come first serve, laundry services must make appointment in person one week ahead.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fee for service.

Coverage Note: Primarily Monroe County. No one is turned away.
