Family Access and Connection Team

thru: Monroe County Office of Probation - Community Corrections

• Provides support to families in Monroe County through collaboration between Probation, Department of Human Services, Office of Mental Health, and CCSI.

Team FACT helps families with needs by listening and finding solutions together.

• Works to prevent young people with challenges from getting into bigger problems.
• Empowers families to solve problems with help from their community and people they know.

Eligibility: Monroe County families with school-age children exhibiting challenging behavior. Examples include family conflict, leaving home without permission, violating curfew, struggling in school, aggressive behavior, not following rules, stealing, trespassing, vandalism, gang involvement, sex trafficking, using drugs and alcohol, and school attendance concerns.

Application Process: Call anytime or drop in during office hours. Schools may submit a truancy referral. Police departments may initiate a referral for Differential Response.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for services.
