Children With Special Health Care Needs

• Offers the Early Intervention Program which services coordination and related service planning to eligible infants and toddlers with developmental delays and or disabilities and their families.

• Collaborates with local school districts offering preschool special education program to provide special education and related services to eligible children.

• Offers Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs Program that provides resource and referral information to assist families who are at an increased risk for physical, Intellectual or developmental disabilities.

• Offers the Child Find Program that monitors growth and development by utilizing Ages and Stages Questionnaire.
